She looks more Kriegsmarine in theme than Bismarck and Prinz Eugen put together.
That's a good thing.
Her colors range from gray to a near black, which is traditional for many navy ship color schemes and the uniforms. She wears a garrison cap with a roundel which is close enough to the historical ones the Kriegsmarine used. In contrast, Bismarck looks closer to being a Heer officer than a Kriegsmarine based character with Prinz Eugen being closer to that appearance than a naval one.
