Well, at least Bono-chan explain to the admiral what she did. Now, when is she giving her chocolate?
Well, the "canon" Akebono voice in KanColle says she hands him one "she found off the ground" I believe.
Of course, it would have probably been better had Akebono NOT told him the chocolates Ushio was giving him were ones she had sat upon. (Not unless the admiral is a fetishist or something...)
I still don't know how you just ACCIDENTALLY sit on a kitchen counter, or not see someone is cooking there...

Judging from the hand-print there might have been a chance a second person was involve. So I deduce, Akebono was most likely pushed or rather, someone tripped and pulled Akebono along.

I believe the culprit is...
INAZUMA!!!
That or Samidare causing trouble for Hiei again
Apparently you guys hasn't meet someone who will sit on anything and will not check if there is anything on it... My poor bread...
Edit: Oh and Murakumo is the one who picked up the chocolate from the floor.
And what Akebono did is probably telling the admiral that she is the one who mess up the chocolate and want him not to blame Ushio.

Go back two comics and check again. Akebono sat on the table with the chocolate ship and supported herself by placing her hand on the table behind her.
