There are no bows or braids, could also be Chen or some random nekomata. I'll tag nekomata for now.

It makes sense that it's Orin since Reimu ''adopted'' her in a SA ending much like she ''adopted'' Sukuna.

If it were Orin, you think she'd be better behaved than that.
