i'm only know the left one is egusa, are the right one is takahashi??
from this illustration, i can only get the meaning that they probably are the best dive bomber pairs.

Just to be clear this almost completely incorrect I'm afraid.

These hit claims are just what the pilots reported themselves. As with almost every instance involving Japanese air forces they were grossly inflated by scores of double counting or just wishful thinking. The was of course an issue with everyone, but the Japanese were particularly bad because they didn't even have anything like the intelligence officers of for instance the US Navy and Air Force whose main job was to take pilot reports and review them in an attempt to reconcile and reduce such errors. Instead Japanese pilots just fairly informally reported results directly to their unit CO who by and large simply accepted them without any real question and passed them along. (This is also how many Japanese aces end up with completely ludicrous scores that cannot be backed by any sort of loss analysis of opposing forces, it's fairly unlikely any of them had more then maybe 30 to 40 victories against western opponents at most during the war.)

For instance the reality is that the British estimated that around ten bombs might have hit one cruiser and eight the other, some of that after earlier hits had already stopped and crippled the ships. Assuming this likely more accurate assessment is correct chop that number literally more then in half to maybe 40%. The number of hits on Hermes is likely inflated as well, though perhaps by less as the ship was a bigger, slower target so once in a crippled state it was likely easier for the pilots to pointlessly waste more ordnance on it to inflate their ego instead of putting it to better use against other targets in the area.

Really one need only look at the results of battles just a few months later with the US to see how grossly inflated or unrepresentative such accuracy claims were.

The very same Egusa squadron from Kancolle!
The second attack wave was directed by Egusa-san
Souryuu's Dive Bombing Squadron Leader Egusa Takashige
Shoukaku's Dive Bombing Squadron Leader Takahashi Kakuichi
During the attack on Pearl Harbour, the dive bombers in the first attack wave were led by Takahashi-san
The God of Dive-Bombing"!! A contemporary of "The God of Torpedo Bombing" Murata Shigeharu!
    You're my pride!
    "God", lets go!
During the Battle of Ceylon, the heavy cruisers Cornwall and Dorsetshire were sunk by dive bombers from Akagi, Hiryuu and Souryuu!! Out of 52 bombs dropped, 46 hit!! A hit rate of 88%!
Moreover, the carrier Hermes was sunk by dive bombers from Akagi, Hiryuu and Zuikaku!! Out of 45 bombs dropped, 37 hit!! An 82% hit rate was achieved.
When talking about the Japanese Navy's dive bombers, these two are the stars of the show!!
