Why? She doesn't need them, if luck based in any way, Reimu will always win, that's a rule she has

There's not only winning or losing. Reimu's luck is casino-like good luck, the same one granted by Tewi and that will allow someone to win while gambling, or find some money. Hina's is more about good fate in a more general way, such as having good businness in long terms.

Did she stop cos she heard the sound of the coins?

Is Hina's misfortune leaking out and thats why she can't sell the dolls? It feels like that.
