I always thought the animation was crap on this show. Especially that last screenshot. OMG did she look stupid in that scene. >< They did a nice job on correcting, though.

why is anime created in such a manner?
its like they are not looking at the cels when they hit the animation process.

For many years now just about all anime has been made as CG on the computer, not on cels. The reason it looks like this though is outsourcing.

i think what i meant by cel
was looking at the frames before it goes to being final.
unless they just get the episodes and dont go through them till after the series is finished.

I think the TV version of the first topmost pic is better honestly ._.

It still looks like BS in the DVDs, but quite a few of the TV screenshots look better.. It's still QUALITY animation though.

To quote a wise ninja,
