As honored as I am that my things are being uploaded I kinda have to agree with the flag here, seeing as this was indeed just a doodle and not something I put real effort in. That being said I don't know much about Danbooru's guidelines concerning this so I'll leave that to the folks here.

In response to your comments, I'd argue that the previous posts by this artist (except maybe post #1935902) are at least a little more refined, even if the style is similar. The artstyle isn't what's in question here; this is really just a doodle (especially so on the last two panels) and even the artist says so.
That said, I'm not entirely familiar with the website; isn't the appeal function supposed to be used once a post has been deleted entirely, not just flagged?

Correct.
People unfortunately get very excitable when something they like gets flagged, so you occasionally get arguing happening in the comment thread and the flags and appeals.
So even doodles are good enough to be approved now? That's frankly... somewhat baffling; Danbooru can't honestly claim to have standards about what it does and doesn't accept, at this point.

The concrete rule is that is all up do the mods/janitors. Their decision over powers any rule

It's true that I made an account on here specifically so I could keep track on what was being uploaded from my stuff but it's not up to me on here what goes, though it's kinda weird to me to see a doodled thing by me aside millions of nice fully colored art and everything. That's all.

Well, the posts are approved by people and people make mistakes like disobeying rules and guidelines. So there will always be inconsistencies and exceptions. So I'd just look at it as your doodle was beloved by enough people to join the prestige of fancy pixiv art.
Well, if you could try harder for the Sake of us... "We" like you already.
Personally, I say that do whatever you're doing is fine. You don't have to push yourself to meet our bullshit standards. It's not about working hard to please others, as long as you do your best and enjoyed what you do then it'll be fine.
At least, that's what I think anyway.
But that aside, I'm surprised no one uploaded that Sanae Miracle one. That one was probably the best one yet....although the Mononobe one is still on the top of my list.
