Upgraded from AA Boss to AA Deity

It's hard to be an AA Deity when you rely upon the 25 mm/Type 96 and the 12.7 cm/ Type 89 as your main AA guns. The 25 mm/Type 96 has about the same sustained ROF as the much larger 40mm/Bofors. This is why the 25 mm/Type 69 has about as much AA throw weight as the M2 Browning (although it does have twice the max range as the M2). Also, the 12.7 cm/ Type 89 has about half the rate of fire as the 5"/38 found on most American ships. As a result, Maya's final refit only has about 10k pounds AA throw weight total. For reference, that's about the same Yamashiro's final refit, and only 1k pounds more than an Allen M. Sumner Class DD or Akizuki-class destroyer.
