In my mind, i just thinking. Is that really those milk come from her own breast?
I mean, in medical culture those milk will only come out from woman who have married someone and already have a baby...

So, the main problem is.. With who Akagi-san has been married? Admiral?

Your thinking sounds disgustingly backwards; women lactate, even before pregnant or married.

some do, some don't

hell, some guys lactate, and they obviously don't get pregnant

Outside of edge cases, only if stimulated to do so either through constant suckling, drugs, or sometimes in social structures where pressure to support a group of children (read: tribal) exists. The somewhat-common fetish of a virgin whom has never been sexually stimulated before suddenly turning into a milk cannon upon orgasm are fantasy.

Lactation normally occurs due to pregnancy. This is true not just for humans, but other animals as well. Lactation can be induced, but naturally it occurs due to pregnancy and hormonal changes that trigger body development to enable lactation.

Lactating without pregnancy is an unnecessary drain of resources, which is why it normally occurs due to pregnancy (ie a need for it). It is much like flowering plants typically only produce fruit after pollination, it's an excess strain on the plant to allocate the resources into bearing fruit when the fruit will produce no viable offspring. That's not to say the fruit will have viable seeds (like seedless bananas and watermelon), but that's alterations that result in failed seed production. Pollination is still necessary to induce fruit production.

"She puts the admiral's in every day." No mention of milk. Nor was there in the original Japanese. ;)
