Hell,this situation was used as an object example in my risk management classes. Look stupid with a massive, but protective golf umbrella, or risk it with a tiny collapsible. Risk/Protection continuum.
Umbrella is a jinx to hold back the rain. The bigger umbrella you bring the less likely it would rain. The universe want to make your effort worthless.
