I'm really starting to think that this type of way of eating rice, like with Natto, is a required taste. The first time I tried it I couldn't stand the strong taste of the yolk and the way the rice taste, mixed all watery.
It felt really weird.

For the best experience, try organic-farmed eggs instead of mass-farmed ones. Also lessen the water used to cook the rice to make it slightly dryer and harder.
