I'd almost tagged this as tsundere... except she's shown very little to no dere to Admiral Shiro.
He's the only one who dosen't get the dere, I think. To everyone else, to everyone else, she shows the tsun in their face and then gives the dere from their backs. Except the cat, the cat get's just the dere.
