If I had to guess the duplicate/crying kids are from the Future Past DLC where in an alternate timeline from the one you play in, the children characters are despairing and are about to be slain by the Risen, only for their alternate parents from the timeline you play in and their alternate selves from yet another doomed timeline rush forth to save them in their darkest hour. Sounds convoluted but it makes sense if you play the game.

Alternatively it could be "WHAT THE HELL IS WITH ALL THESE VERSIONS OF US PILING INTO THIS ONE TIMELINE" shenanigans.
i'm trying to tag this for male/female mark, and after looking over this whole picture several times, I have no idea where mark is supposed to be. I wanna say it's the one riding the wyvern around the top-middle of the image. If that's the case then it's impossible to tell the gender by looking. So I'll just assume it follows canon and tag it for female mark, since there's a male avatar. Feel free to correct it if I'm wrong.
