Shirou: "You're going to get dizzy if you keep doing 180's like that, Saber." Literally, "You'll wear out your wrist by flipping your hand all the time." ﾃﾉﾋﾗｸﾙｰ is net-slang for 手のひらを返す, which literally means "flip the palm (of the hand)" but is idiomatic for "change one's attitude quickly".
