I feel like Shinki's gotten a sudden surge in popularity. I wonder why.

I don't need a reason for Shinki to be more popular.

Might be looking to much into it, but it looks like she is materializing a change of clothes.

Hard to say as she's always been one of the most popular PC-98 characters along with Mima. But to see Hammer covering a PC-98 is a surprise.

Out of curiosity does anyone know why some of Hammers commentaries get translated while others are left as is?

The answer I got from commenting on another post was that translators only translate what they like.
