    Check on the art medium, I'm not an art major. Looks water-based, but kinda opaque, so I'm going with gouache. Artist labels it with "colored_ink" 「カラーインク」 on Pixiv, whatever it means (Pixiv wiki just explains it as "Tool with intense colors used in liquid-based paintings.")

    Looks like Cornwall.

    I suppose there's only so many landscape types possible, but it's interesting if a country has a range of types broadly similar to another.
