Not unless the image directly references the game. This one doesn't. The artist just drew this because the Japanese Self-Defense Force uses it.

I'd say never. That alone is definitely not a valid reason for such tagging. With the same logic every single image with an "usual" hand gun (eg. M16, AK-47 etc) and an original character should be tagged for every single sameshit-FPS-game the gun has been used in.
And that would be just plain silly, wouldn't it?
