There's really only one tanuki this artist depicts as liking to bother Reimu, and that's Mamizou.

Mamizou's known in canon for trolling Reimu. Making a spellcard specifically to mock her, and, without saying a word, blackmailing her into silence when she goes to propagandize Kosuzu with a book Reimu saw her write. She kinda likes winding the kid up.

You have a weird defintion of "trolling". The only Tanuki to ever appear in canon (Oriental Sacred Place) with the intention of messing with Reimu was not Mamizou.
