Personally, I don't mind doing some overtime... but when I have to, I usually arrive a bit earlier to work though.

I think she's mad that she has to do overtime because of some stupid kid. It really does suck when you have to pick up the slack because of some other jackass.
Not to mention she probably isn't getting paid for OT.

I dont think she knew how long it was. I think that statement was more of an after the fact kind of thing. Like "it turns out it was only for 15 minutes"

I agree, it is the annoying feeling you get when you know you are almost done... and it is not true. Fortunately, it was not a big deal.

It is when you actually expected to get real Overtime hours. If I'm gonna work overtime, I want at least +2 hours of Overtime. But I'll gladly take an Hour. You ask me to stay longer and I only work for an extra 15? WTF? 15 minutes was hardly worth the "Promise" of overtime pay.
