afaik, a couple of destroyers, the entire(?) fast battleship sisters although I don't know if Kirishima has a ring or not and a sub waiting to be ringed. That's just the ones packing the silver ring (for some reason, why are Japanese wedding rings/bands silver instead of gold in media?) and who knows if the entire flippin base wants to level up fast in order to be ringed as well.

IIRC, he married(provisionally) to Kongou, Hiei, Akatsuki, Hibiki, Ikazuchi, Inazuma while he's about to marry Goya and Nagatsuki too
