Maybe it's Sazanami.. There's a line that curved upward toward the left border above Kuroshio's head that could indicate that the girl behind her is sporting a twintail..

my bet on shiranui..
since its looks like a ponytail... and its not bright colour like maikaze... and sazanami tails have a pair of balls lol

Shiranui has a ribbon on her ponytail though, and from otoufu's previous work, Maikaze's hair colour aren't really bright either. post #1840213
