I never understood why Shouhou is so unpopular. Her visual design is original and pleasing, not to mention her personality is absolutely adorable. I was surprised when she popped up in the anime not as just a background cameo. Hopefully this new CG gets her some more attention.

Its either her drop rate or that her stats are just average that she gets severely overshadowed

For me it's because I don't have any actual use for Light Carriers, and Bob's drawings are......meeeeeeeh. I love Sendai but his other older works are....meeeeeeeh. That and she drops rarely.
Although now, she does look better since his artwork got better.

combine with terrible stats... A lot of admirals will prefer to keep Zuihou over her.
