Japan has always been prone to earthquakes but they've never been big enough to cause major problems. It's the related problems that come along with it that's scary, like what happen over Tohoku with the tsunami and the plants.
I haven't heard about any eruption for a while now but what worries me is that there's suppose to be a power plant nearby where it occurred.
But hopefully none of these would be anything serious.
