Twist the middle section more, snap it hard and quickly. That should do.

Happens to me too. I usually just snap them over my knees though, rather than do it with just my hands.

The bad thing is that it cause the opening to be twisted and hard to eat.
Knowing Muppo she might fail that too.

Maybe she should freeze the ice pop a little more.
