Her blush is also in the wrong spot - it should not go above the cheekbones and into the eyelids. The eyebrows should also have at least a hint of the red color.

I don't find her creepy either. I think it's just the shading that is causing trouble. The level of shadow is unbalanced between the eyes and the rest of the face. A bit too much shadow on the actual eyes globes.
