I don't get it...

I believe it has something to do with the fact that normally she can either grow really big or shrink and make tiny clones, I don't believe the tiny ones can grow, unless she uses sukuna's hammer to make them grow. Now wether that's actually how that works is beyond me since I'm not very familiar with the magical mallets story but yeah I think that's the idea.
(Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong lol)
