Pics like these are botched (I say "botched", but it could very well be on purpose) attempts at カラーチェンジ, tagged here as color_switch, in that the artist switched the colors, but also mixed up parts of the outfits. So, it comes looking more like a fusion/cosplay than the original intention.
I'd leave the cosplay tag up there, for these cases, but let's be sure to limit it to just these types.
Edit: A prime example, his Medicine pic. In that case, he just added the talismans instead of say, her hair bow or giving her suspenders. Just gotta keep an eye out for these things (o-o)b
