I'm guessing "working clothes" is overall, hence changed it into that
I changed "I didn't notice" into "I hadn't noticed." I believe it was intended to be past tense hence this choice
I changed "This clothes made my stomach feels cold." into "These" ( Clothes are plural, hence "These" )
I changed "This clothes made my stomach feel cold." into feel ( Because subject is clothes ( plural) feel is the right form. )
( I feel, He feels, we feel, they feel ) ( T-shirt feels, Skirt feels, trousers feel. )

No problem, I'll fix some other minor errors and point it out. Thank you for translating. :)

Well given where the stains are I'd think overalls wouldn't do the job, since they only cover the front and expose the sleeves and shoulders. Coveralls would be what would be necessary to avoid all the stains.

Full body overalls exist. They include sleeves. ( often just plainly called overalls with sleeves )

I wear these often. I thought they were called jumpsuits or mechanics coveralls.

Apparently another case of NA v. UK English differences.

    Overalls (NA) = Dungarees (UK)
Coveralls (NA) = Overalls (UK) = "boilersuit"

Make note though that for tagging purposes the overalls tag follows the NA definition.

They've decided to spend the day with exchanging each other's clothes.
Yuubari, that's... what's with that stain?
These clothes made my stomach feel cold.
By the way, Yura. What are you doing? That's...
    Lame.
Wear an overall during the maintenance!
    Heeeee
    Haramaki →
Well, I got some maintenance working...
The white color really made the stain stand out!
    I hadn't noticed.
