Why is there a chain of six inappropriately parented posts and three of them in a pool? I see that only the ones in the pool are numbered on Pixiv, but I assume they all go together?

Because it's a collaboration of Sazanami Konami and Yamato Nadeshiko, under the theme going to the beach together. To differentiate in a glance, Konami's posts are darker in color while Nadeshiko's are lighter.

In that case I've condensed them into one collaborative pool; makes them much easier to navigate. Nothing wrong with having more than one artist's work in a series pool. The two reverse the order of names in their titles, so I kept the pool's name from the first post; the commentary title can differentiate if need be.
