If this is Vivio at 9-10, or 3-4 years after StrikerS, it would be reasonable that Vivio would have her own device, and it could be the same type as Nanoha's. Likewise with the Barrier Jacket - it's similar but not exact. And Vivio recieved a lot of training from the Saints Church in Velka-style magic, so her rainbow 'magic circle' reflect that.
