    Ginger Tea
    How to make Royal Milk Tea.
    ☆ Ingredients (for 1 person) - 2.5~3 g of tea leaves (a heaped teaspoonful) - 1 cup of milk (200 cc) - 1/2 cup of water (100 cc)
    Recommended tea leaves : Assam, Ceylon, etc.
    Please turn off the fire once the milk has boiled up and made some foam around the pan!
    A bit higher
    If you don't have a tea strainer, using the netting on the teapot is also OK.
    Chai and Custom Recipe
    Contains your preferable spices such as Cinnamon, Cardamom (Recommended), Cloves, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.
    Recommended: Pasteurized Milk
    Fill the pot with 1/2 cup of water and boil it. Then turn off the fire and add in the tea leaves! (Be sure not to stir once tea leaves are added)
    Be sure to warm up your cup with hot water beforehand. afterwards, you're good to go!
    Let's pour the tea inside the cup while straining the tea leaves with a tea strainer!!
    Chai
    After doing step 4, add the ginger into the milk tea and let it dissolve (If you wanted a bunch, you can add more) Add spices as a finishing touch and it's ready to serve! It tasted even better with honey! XD
    Before adding the tea leaves as mentioned in step 1, simmer the water with whole spices for roughly 10 minutes. Adding powdered spices at the end of it is A-OK. Try using various kind of spices to up the flavor variety.
    -Grated Ginger (Around 1cm in length per grate piece) -Your preferred spice powder (If available)
