The only thing that is non-standard is her hair color. Everything else is Rika.

The hairstyle is also off. Rika's bangs pretty much go straight across her forehead, in a traditional miko style. This really looks more like some other girl cosplaying as Rika. Not that the artwork is bad, but it's not very faithful to the character.

...no the hair looks fine. Perhaps a slight bit of artistic license there, but not all that much, and even that's nitpicking.
