i am confused about a simple translation.
Dame = Impossible/Hopeless
but what about..
Mou = I feel? or It is?

This is part of the Popotan OP song... I believe the line "mou dame" was translated something like "I can't stand it" in the OP. "Mou" I believe is just a moan, or like, "Ooh" or whatever, but I don't really know.

yeah, "mou" is just an "interjection used to strengthen expression of an emotion (often exasperation)"... at least in this case.
