I approve of the "breast_envy" tag, but I don't think we need a generic "envy" tag. Don't get carried away with the implications feature, we only want tags that are actually useful.
I didn't submit an implication. The only usage of the 'envy' tag thus far has been breast envy and FMA's Envy, but I figure there's other images that will need general:envy. Removing general:envy from images with breast_envy is fine too, as my main goal was leaving general:envy open for future images instead of using char:envy.
