I don't know why, but I like Ikeshita Moyuko's Busty Admiral. Maybe because she's not a total dick like some other admirals.

This also brings a new light to the old comics where Nagato is crushing after the Admiral. It may be that the Admiral isn't just oblivious, but she doesn't want to risk another heartbreak like when Fubuki fell in love with her.

Possible. Or she doesn't want to get so attached that she can't order them into battle, which is an issue in some militaries.

I'd totally chase her, myself.
