It's like one of those "I'm with stupid" T-shirts. It also reminds me that the same word in Japanese can have a lot of different meanings depending on context. Like you hear "sugoi" way too much yet it can translate to "awesome" or any derivative of the word in English. Then here we have "baka" which can be "idiot", "stupid", "fool", or some other derivative of the word, playful or mean.
