I'll do whatever it takes to get that catapult. But if it's outside my range of doable things, I'm back to being hopeless again.

Then, they lay out the fleet composition - Shoukaku Kai Ni as flagship, along with Zuikaku, Akigumo and Oboro. Combined fleet Level - 300. //Tanakalaughs.jpg

By the way, the real quest chain also includes getting a Type 97 Torpedo Bomber (Murata Sqn.) as well. Meaning, if you did E3 on Medium+ (and the conversion quest during Summer2015) and completed this quest chain as well, you essentially have two Murata Sqn. planes at your disposal.

Thinking back, it's not going to take more than a month or two. Since we have a database to analyze that and lots and lots of players willing to do the test.

This kind of quest come out, the war shall stop having war for a month to conquer this quest. This is how you bring the world peace! (totally exaggerated)
