Well, they're not the only one.
dyson_(edaokunnsaikouya) and tai_(nazutai) also look similar going by the thumbnail.
(The color, at least. Their shading is quite different)

Used to, but not anymore. I look at the text bubbles now whenever I see this art style. Nonco's texts are hand drawn. So, they are a mess and slightly disorderly when seen from a thumbnail. Engiyoshi's texts are usually neat and orderly when seen from a thumbnail. Though, without the text bubbles, I do get confused as well.
