I'm not 100% sure that's Sumireko, but I can't think of anyone else it could be. This comic also came out a few days before the Sanae slug comic, but I'm not quite how or even if I'm able to edit the pool.

To Moonspeaker: You got it mostly right. The termγγ¬γγ£γγ²γγ refers to the action which players pay money to acquire characters or items randomly in mobile games (like in Love Live, IdolMaster Cinderella Girls). So it's not exactly "allow me to collect a full set", but more like "allow me to draw another set (of characters/items/etc)".

Much obliged. I managed to suss out the context of γ¬γγ£, but it's a rather sidelong usage of the verb γ²γ compared to what I'm used to seeing. I also wasn't sure what Sumireko's little gadget was at first. Her wiki profile states it's a computer pad of sorts, so I figured she was playing an online computer game.
Yeah... maybe Sumi should buy next time another phone and give it to Rinno, soo he can play...
Gulp!
Yes!β‘
Do this like so...
Pull there...
After everything you've said, you still depend on that tool, don't you.
.... My apologies. Please allow me to draw out another set.
They're playing one of the many online games that has you pay money to acquire random characters/ items, doubtless offering bonus rare goodies once you pay enough to collect everything.
