    It's actually cheap!

I think the Milan-style Doria has an amazing p/p ratio.
"Actually cheap" is a Ninja Slayer quote, originated from the theme song of fictional supermarket chain Kokeshi Mart.

"When in Rome, do as Romans do"
Guess that can't be applied to the Romans in another country.

It's not great, but it's reasonable, and they don't care if you hang out there for ages (when it's not busy). Good for post-event dinners with friends.

Really not. You eat way worse trying to eat Italian in another country.

Trust me, the only place where you can try to eat a good italian cousine outside Italy is Croatia, becuase even the italian restaurants leaded by the italians all around the globe have completly forgotten the true spirit of the italian cousine (and i say this by personal experience).

    Please.

Italian cuisine originated by using what you had around you and quite often what was cheap. It wasn't designed, no one sat down and went "and now shall set forth the rigid standards of what shall comprise italain food for all time." If anything the people that will import shit from halfway across the planet in search of an impossible and ultimately pointless 'authenticity' have likely lost more of the 'true spirit' of the cuisine then those that just find whatever is nearby, cheap, and combine it with some techniques or key ingredients to create something that tastes good.

I grew up in North Jersey and if you want to talk shit about how our "Italian food" "isn't real/right/authentic" my response will be "I don't care because it's what I grew up on and like so kiss my ass you elitist snob."

i think whats interesting about italian cuisine is about how the preparation and the technique to cook the ingredients with some italian spice, then the most enticing one i see in many italian restaurant is how the food looks tidy on the plate which makes you notice how much effort for details done there. and i dont think its exclusively only for few country, its the cook that made it happened

When in Rome, there are at least Romans to copy. Everywhere else, they're out of luck.

It's adequate for everyone who's not American. You can always order doubles (or triple you gluttons) if you're that hungry.

obviously i cannot hope that an american like you can know what the spirit of our cousine truly is, as much as i cannot know the spirit of the american cousine. So keep such things for yourself. See you

Yearning for the taste of the homeland, huh...?
    PIZZAAAAAA!
Nagato-san, I want to take them out for food, but the budget is a bit...
RITTORIO It's in hiragana, not katakana
The Italian ships started crying out of nowhere dechi!
If only I am able to make some Italian... I'm assuming the ketchup pasta here
    Reasonable Italian, huh...?
Perhaps it's homesickness... It's been nothing but saury recently, hasn't it?
All of this cost this much...!
    I want to eat pasta...
That's Sa●ze for ya...! Saizeriya, a Japanese chain of family restaurants, with fairly extensive 'Italian' offerings.
