That's a separate doujinshi that was for sale. It wasn't for public release on Hisahiko's Pixiv.

I think Paracite had a copy of the doujin.

Before I knew anything about Kancolle and its fan-franchise, Wo-class was the first of the Abyssal Fleet Girl that I became familiar with.

One of the things I love about Hisahiko's KC doujin (aside from his adorable Haruna) is the portrayal of his 'den-mother' Akagi. Normally, our lovely (and saintly) Mama Houshou would fulfill this role in the naval base.

And considering how adorable Wo-chan is, I'd love to see Akagi mothering her.
