    Haruna Weather Chapter 22: Tale of 1st CarDiv & 5th CarDiv

    Sorry to keep you waiting for my first update of the main story in a long time. And Haruna doesn't even show up until the final panel! What's with that?!

    You'll understand this story well if you could check out the newly drawn material in Haruna Weather 3, showing the 5th CarDiv helping out Akagi-san. They just had a 5th CarDiv story in the anime, too. I've tweaked the dialog a little (Feb. 28).
