Obviously there's 2 (or more) sets of Dechi(s) so the Admiral can be Orel-ing 24/7.

I use 3 copies of all submarines anyway. (in case of U-511, I use her and Ro-500), and I-401 and Maruyu, I don't send to orel and everyone should know why.

Well, like they say, if you see a full-copy doppel of yourself, it was an omen of death.

In kancolle, it's just regular kanmusu rotation.
