Was going to say something similar... his Mark 40 is definitely faster than Samus's Power Suit, and im guessing most all his suits have lifting power in the excess of 100 ton these days as his earlier suits topped out at about that much so yeah probably could punch her into oblivion.
Tell me, is there anything of the MArvel universe that isn't overpower as hell?
The price of multiple writers. Under some writers, there's very little overpowered, everything is balanced and reasonable. Under other writers, things get DBZ. And since both are canon, guess which ones automatically get the "most impressive known feats" citations in vs. arguments.
Same with DC, or any multiauthor work that runs long enough.
