Hmm... truthfully speaking, this is just a hard-translated Thai language version. It's not even an accurate hard translation...
if you mean ป่วย its mean sick / addicted(slang)/not well "ป่วยเรือ" its a slang in Thai mean "to addicted to Kankore" << for later its also include world of warship เสพ its mean consume (in Thai mostly use this word with drug/narcotic) "เสพเรือ" its slang mean "to consume media of kankore" << yes for later its include world of warship too.
The Thai hard-translator took a lot of liberties on translating that comic, since the original text was in English already.
The slang ป่วยเรือ is also unique among Thai gamers - it refers specifically to being hooked on Kancolle, therefore it'll be hard to translate into English if you don't know the colloquial term for it. (Hint: It doesn't exactly apply to WoWs since the demographics is a bit different, but still fluid enough to flow into each other.)
