Nope. Neither does any other jet powered aircraft until the cold war, so when the devs promised jet powered carrier aircraft at the dawn of Super-Shoukaku, they probably meant a modified Kikka or an ME-262 with arrestor gear, as seen here.

Neither do Fw-190. But Kancolle did justified it by saying it is a specially modified model.

Well we already have a carrier-based Shinden variant (which didn't exist IRL), and the Shinden was intended to have a jet powered variant.

Kancolle is becoming more and more of a WWII purist's nightmare.

Just so yall's know, Graf was pre-equipped with catapults...
