夕雲型でギャグ漫画を描きたいなーと思ったので、描きます。（・ω・）

提督にあえて明確なキャラ設定を与えた上で作っていきます。
前の提督がログアウトして久しく、遊び場と化した鎮守府に新任の提督が配属されました、って感じで受け取っておいてください。
持ってない子は描きませんので、風雲の実装は暫く無いです。

I'll do my best to make the admiral a distinct character.
The previous admiral logged out for a long time, and now the naval base is a playground-like place.

Because I didn't have her at the time, Kazagumo isn't here.
