Say, I know Pixiv is priorized before Twitter when it comes to post relationship but seeing this one is better drawn (revision tag?) and is more recent, shouldn't it be considered as the parent one?

No. The original pages from Pixiv are considered parents because it is exactly that, the original and earliest version of the images.
Most of the time, we have the most finished version of a given image as the parent, though.
Yeah, I don't understand that. Why would the most finished version of an image considered "parent" in a post relationship? All the children should come from the parents, not the other way around.
In the Parent and Child Posts Guidelines (which I just read for the first time 5m ago), it said:
Choosing the Best Parent
The Parent post should be considered in this order:
Most Original, as opposed to confirmed derivatives. Most Exploitable variation of the post for creating derivatives. Most Complete, as opposed to cropped posts. Highest Resolution. Cleanest, containing the least watermarking.
The most original is clearly on top of that list. It doesn't matter if the image is from Pixiv or wherever, the most original image is always the parent. (In this situation at least. The post relationship is entirely different when it comes to duplicates though, from what I understand.)
