I think Kurokawa is a mechanic under Arisugawa's fleet command, like Sengoku is for Minami's. At least, that's how Soryuu's arc seems to make it appear.

I know Kurokawa's getting one from the twitter previews, but I'unno about the others.

I certainly hope they get some, however!

Most of the others are just 1 shots either on twitter and sketches. Only like 3 of them had any actual comics associated with them.

Well, I guess not exactly "1 shots" but more of just "random sketches" that don't get finished up. Even if the amount of sketches totals like around 10+ or something.
