I tried to translate this, but... well, let's just say I'm not up to it. Someone try to figure out how to split "The drill won't fit in my butt/ass/rectum/whatever!" into two lines. In the original Japanese we have "The drill in my posterior" on the right and "won't fit!" on the left. This is beyond my abilities, so I'll leave it to some more daring soul. "what what" optional.
